Account & Registration Data

• Name, display name, email address, password (hashed by Wix), date of birth/age verification, profile photo, termsAcceptance boolean, and any other optional profile fields you submit.

Transaction & Payment Data

• Billing name and address, transaction ID, order history, amount paid, and payment-related metadata. (We do not store raw card numbers; payments are processed by Wix Payments and other third-party processors.)

Game and Participation Data

• Game creation data (game name, times, settings), games you host or join, join codes, invite links and any content you upload to describe games.

Communications

• Support requests, emails, messages you send to us, and automated transactional messages (verification emails, receipts).

Device & Usage Data

• IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, referrer URLs, timestamps and other site usage metrics used for analytics, troubleshooting and fraud prevention.

Cookies & Tracking Data

• Cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, functional and marketing purposes. See the Cookies section below for details.

Other Data

• Any additional data you voluntarily provide (e.g., images, user-submitted content, survey answers).

3. How we collect data

• Directly from you when you create an account, fill forms, upload profile images, create games or contact support.

• Automatically via cookies, analytics, and server logs when you use the site.

• From third parties: payment processors (Wix Payments) and identity data returned by social login providers (Google, Facebook) when you use social sign-on.

4. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process personal data for:

• Providing the service/contract performance: account creation, hosting/joining games, processing purchases and refunds, and sending transactional emails. (Legal basis: performance of a contract.)

• Compliance with legal obligations: tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and law enforcement requests. (Legal basis: legal obligation.)

• Legitimate interests: preventing fraud, improving security, debugging, analytics, and product improvement (after balancing). (Legal basis: legitimate interests.)

• Consent: marketing communications and marketing cookies where required. (Legal basis: consent.)

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. Types used include:

• Strictly necessary/functional: session cookies, authentication, form state — required for site operation.

• Analytics/performance: Wix Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) to measure site usage and performance.

• Security: reCAPTCHA for bot detection (Google reCAPTCHA, subject to Google’s policies).

• Business transfers (e.g., sale or merger) with appropriate notice.

We require service providers to implement appropriate security measures and only use personal data to provide services to us.

7. Social logins

If you use social login (Google or Facebook), we receive the basic profile data you authorize (name, email, profile picture). That data is used to create/identify your account on our platform. Social providers’ terms and privacy policies also apply.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed or stored in countries other than your own (including the U.S.). When we transfer data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) where required.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data as follows (subject to legal requirements):

• Account data: retained while the account is active and for 2 years after account deletion/inactivity to detect fraud and handle reactivation requests.

• Transaction records: retained for 7 years for tax and bookkeeping purposes.

• Analytics data: retained for 24 months (may be aggregated/anonymized earlier).

• Marketing consent records: retained until you withdraw consent.

We will delete or anonymize data once retention is no longer required, except when needed to comply with legal obligations.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, delete or port your personal data, or restrict/ object to processing.

• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Payment card data is handled by Wix Payments and its processors under PCI standards; LMN8 does not store raw card numbers.

12. Children

The service is not for children below the permitted registration age (13 in many jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children under the permitted age; if discovered, we will delete it. 13. Third-party links & services

We link to third-party sites and services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review third-party privacy policies before using those services.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
